# I help leadershipteams makesound decisionsabout AI.

I use AI at the edge of what it can do every day. What it could not do a few months ago may be routine now. I help you notice what changed before you make a decision on an outdated premise.

## “AI cannot do that” may be wrong in a few months.

In a few years, AI has moved from short, bounded tasks to tasks that would take an expert hours. At the same time, a given level of performance is getting cheaper. The measurements from [METR](https://metr.org/time-horizons/) and [Epoch AI](https://epoch.ai/data-insights/llm-inference-price-trends) do not mean AI can take over every job. They mean a plan based on yesterday's limits can age quickly.

Capacity arrives on its own. A useful organization around it does not. If everyone only drafts faster in a private chat window, the queue may move to review, approval or leadership while shared learning disappears. I help you find the decision and the next test that will still make sense when the technology moves again.

Which assumption is about to expire? Where does the queue move if AI speeds up the first step? Who owns the work? What can we test now without committing the whole organization?

## The right format depends on the decision you face.

### Advisor to leadership

Ongoing, confidential advice to an owner, executive, board or leadership team.

### Leadership briefing

A shared, current view of what AI means for your organization and the decisions that follow.

### Talks

Concrete talks for conferences, companies and associations, grounded in work I do myself.

## My advice comes from work I do myself.

GoMore

### AI decisions for GoMore's leadership

I researched the development of AI, the market and the company's own work, then built a leadership session that moved from new possibilities to concrete workflows, accountability and the next experiments.

Smukfest

### AI-Powered Risk Assessment for Smukfest

I built a platform where AI agents research each artist and deliver risk assessments the security team can act on.

Boligselskabet Tranemosegård

### Nine digital colleagues at Tranemosegård

BeboerChatBot was set up as nine bounded digital roles: eight resident-facing colleagues and one internal DriftBot, each with defined sources and a clear path to a person.

Helheim

### AI-Powered Concert Company

I founded Helheim as a proof of concept: a concert company where AI agents handle the majority of daily operations.

## I lead people and digital colleagues myself.

Freja is one of several digital colleagues, each with distinct work, knowledge and boundaries. Together with BeboerChatBot, Rentemester, Fremtidens Tegnestue, PreBID, Headway Skills and Digital Medarbejder, this gives me daily experience of decisions other leaders are only beginning to face.

## Writing should demonstrate judgment.

I publish when a development changes a real leadership decision and I can add something from my own work.

The previous articles have been withdrawn while the writing is rebuilt around this position.

Mikkel Krogsholm

## Organizations, algorithms and what has only just become possible.

I studied political science, have worked with data, algorithms and technology across my career, served on the board of Aarhus University and built and operated companies. My current AI practice rests on that foundation.

## Which AI decision is difficult for your leadership team right now?

Write if you need an honest view of the opportunity, timing or direction you are considering.
