Mikkel Krogsholm · Copenhagen ## I help leadership teams understand what AI changes and choose what to do about it. I have worked with organizations, data science, algorithms and technology across much of my career. I have operated companies, served on the board of Aarhus University and worked for and with global companies, Danish growth businesses and public authorities. Today I use AI intensively in my own companies, products, digital workers and technical systems. That work keeps my advice current. ## My experience has three distinct layers. ### Leadership and organizations Board work at Aarhus University, my own companies and career experience with organizations including Novo Nordisk, IKEA, Deutsche Telekom, LEGO, public authorities, GoMore and Miinto. Brokk & Sindre clients have included BL, Miinto, Esmark, Byggeskadefonden, Landsbyggefonden, Vejdirektoratet, Kræftens Bekæmpelse, GoMore, Realview, Skolelederforeningen and Tiimo. The Tiimo engagement was AI advisory. ### Data and algorithms A long technical foundation in data science, statistical models, software and large data systems. It helps me understand new AI systems quickly and see what they require beneath the surface. ### AI at the current edge Active use in operations, product development, research, software and digital workers as the technology changes from month to month. ## Some of the work I do today was not possible six months ago. This is not merely an impression. [Measurements on bounded software tasks](https://metr.org/time-horizons/) have moved from minutes to hours while [the price of a given level of performance](https://epoch.ai/data-insights/llm-inference-price-trends) falls. There is still no long track record for the newest agent systems. Useful judgment comes from short learning loops and knowing where a strong demo stops working. Freja is my generalist and keeps the work connected across the organization. The other colleagues each have bounded work, knowledge and responsibility.
