Background
Helheim is where I test how much of a real company AI agents can operate. The work involves real bookings, contracts, communication and concerts, so weak handoffs and unclear responsibility become visible quickly.
How it works
AI agents handle the majority of daily operations:
- Booking & contracts: Agents that negotiate and generate contracts
- Marketing: Automated content creation and social media
- Communication: AI-powered correspondence with venues and artists
- Administration: Payments, invoicing and accounting
Tech stack
- OpenAI and Anthropic models
- Activepieces and Flowise for workflows
- Airtable as operational database
What it proves
Helheim is a living laboratory for AI agents. The work has taught me where responsibilities, memory, handoffs and human oversight have to be explicit.
