In a few years, AI has moved from short, bounded tasks to tasks that would take an expert hours. At the same time, a given level of performance is getting cheaper. The measurements from METR and Epoch AI do not mean AI can take over every job. They mean a plan based on yesterday's limits can age quickly.
Capacity arrives on its own. A useful organization around it does not. If everyone only drafts faster in a private chat window, the queue may move to review, approval or leadership while shared learning disappears. I help you find the decision and the next test that will still make sense when the technology moves again.

I built a platform where AI agents research each artist and deliver risk assessments the security team can act on.

BeboerChatBot was set up as nine bounded digital roles: eight resident-facing colleagues and one internal DriftBot, each with defined sources and a clear path to a person.
Helheim
I founded Helheim as a proof of concept: a concert company where AI agents handle the majority of daily operations.
Freja is one of several digital colleagues, each with distinct work, knowledge and boundaries. Together with BeboerChatBot, Rentemester, Fremtidens Tegnestue, PreBID, Headway Skills and Digital Medarbejder, this gives me daily experience of decisions other leaders are only beginning to face.
