I have worked with organizations, data science, algorithms and technology across much of my career. I have operated companies, served on the board of Aarhus University and worked for and with global companies, Danish growth businesses and public authorities.
Today I use AI intensively in my own companies, products, digital workers and technical systems. That work keeps my advice current.

This is not merely an impression. Measurements on bounded software tasks have moved from minutes to hours while the price of a given level of performance falls. There is still no long track record for the newest agent systems. Useful judgment comes from short learning loops and knowing where a strong demo stops working.

Freja is my generalist and keeps the work connected across the organization. The other colleagues each have bounded work, knowledge and responsibility. Daily operations show me what happens when AI receives an ongoing role and must collaborate with people and other digital colleagues.
