Contact me when an important AI decision needs more than a general presentation about the technology. Your board may need a shared view, the leadership team may be choosing between several directions, or you may want to examine a specific body of work before investing in a solution.

A few candid lines are enough for the first message: what are you considering, who needs to make the decision and when does it become relevant? You do not need a finished specification or the name of the right AI tool. The first conversation is there to frame the question and establish whether I am the right person to involve.

I reply personally. The work may begin as confidential advice, a leadership briefing, an analysis of the work or a talk. If the real need is a concrete implementation, I will say so directly and help identify the natural next step.

Your initial message is treated as confidential and is never turned into a public case without a separate agreement.

If there is a possible fit, I will suggest the next conversation and who should join it. If not, you will receive a clear answer rather than a sales sequence.
